Biography

Kim was born and raised in Southeast-Asia. In 1979. She immigrated to the United States as the result of political turmoil in her homeland.

Because of her love of nature, she combines her Asian-American culture with the elements of nature into her handcrafted designs. Kim is always coming up with new ideas to enhance a person's natural beauty. The process is very labor-intensive; it undergoes cutting, soldering, tracing, as well as a whole other myriad of steps.

Because each piece is worked on individually, no two pieces of Kim's jewelry are identical. Each piece of Kim's work is also individually signed. Inscriptions on the back of her jewelry can also be written for special occasions without any extra charge (this does not apply to some designs due to space limitations).

If there is only one reason why Kim's jewelry is different from the others, it is because of the detail of her work. Her philosophy is, if she is not happy with the work, she does not sell it. As a result, all of her jewelry comes with a life time warranty. If a piece breaks due to a lack of workmanship, Kim will repair it for you free (shipping and handling not included). It is that simple.

Kim's work has been displayed and sold in selected prestigious handcraft galleries and museums since 1984. Nordstrom's, and The Philadelphia Museum of Art just to name a few.
